Nearly 30 days later and still nothing has been do

It has nearly been a month that has passed since I last resorted to Hellopeter to complain about my issue with you and all I got was this reference number 'SM130074' followed by a call 3 days later and a missed call about 2 weeks ago that I assume was telkom , as I got an e-mail saying they tried to call but didn't bother trying again.<br> <br> Never had a problem with telkom before but you lot are really outdoing yourself on the being useless front. Before it was just complete frustration but now its accompanied by irritation and hopelessness. Completely useless and worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. If I dealt with my customers like this I would've closed shop years ago.<br> <br> Thanks again for nothing Telkom, <br> Sincerely you are the best at being the worst
