Nearing the point of cancelling

you guys reset the ports almost 2 weeks ago and now the problems I face are even worse than before! I am at the point of actually wanting to cancel and telling guy to come fetch your junk from my gate, because you guys can not provide me with what I have ordered correctly and there is endless problems. I cannot even connect at times and when I am able to the spend is so bad that it times out and disconnects intermittently. When will you get all these problems sorted once and for all??? Should I continue to have problems I will have no choice but to cancel as you are in breech of the contract and I will take the matter further.
