NCA, needs to implement restrictions in protecting clients with such a horrible next work, over indebtedness to clients who are paying every month

Since having a data contract with Telkom I've always experienced incorrect billing a billing for March was R267. 80 which I eft R269 is now R1100+, I pay my account every month on time and Telkom charges me for insufficient fees every single month. Everytime when logged I get a different answer. A consultant says one thing but nothing gets resolved. Its against NCA and treating clients unfairly
