Natalie Storck - an awesome call centre agent

Just wanted to write a quick compliment for a call centre agent named Natalie Storck at one of the Telkom call centres. <br> <br> I've managed to speak to her more than once & she is always super friendly and helpful, willing to spend as long as needed on the phone to resolve a problem. She is well-spoken & seems to be very knowledgeable about Telkom products. <br> <br> I wish more of the agents were like this!
