We have been emailing, phoning and going to the shop in East Rand Mall to no avail. we need assistance with the following: Kindly proceed with upgrade for 18 new accounts to SmartBroadband 10GB Wireless, including Huawei E5577 LTE MiFi router. As discussed please cancel all previous accounts as per attachment. Please arrange the cancellation and activation in a way that access to DATA would not be affected, especially during business hours. WE PLEASE NEED ASSISTANCE URGENTLY.
