N1 city brach incompetence

<p> </p> <p>Been at N1 city Telkom 5weeks ago to apply for a landline</p> <p>That is needed for adsl. The lady told me it would take 4 to</p> <p>5 weeks for the installation and started getting antsy.</p> <p>Contacted the branch today and guess what? There is no log</p> <p>Regarding my application and have to start everything from scratch</p> <p>Which mean another month or so.</p> <p>It is an disgrace and would like Telkom to start upping their game</p> <p>It is an line I would partially use for business purposes and have to start</p> <p>Paying for my adsl line end of the week for a service I do not have</p> <p>Because of Telkom incompetence. </p>
