MyTelkom App & Online both showing errors

We've been away for most of October so far yet when we got to our office our data had been depleted.

I've tried going online on my PC, using the APP and even approaching the service representatives at the Canal Walk branch.

The two client service representatives that I dealt with both told me that I need to logon to see our usage. They could only tell us that the data was used up - they couldn't tell me where to find the usage graphs online/the app.

When I tried both the online and app I received a "connection has timed out" error online and on the app as well.

I know of a few people who've had their accounts hacked in the last few weeks and I'm reluctant to add more data when I don't know why my monthly allocation disappeared in the first place.

I don't imagine Telkom will be too keen to admit they've been hacked but how are we meant to confirm our usage when we can't even get onto the system???

I can't wait for my 2 years to be up - I'm DEFINITELY switching to another provider!!!!!!!!

5 days later with NO response and STILL no further with getting onto the app (which has been updated) to see WHY our data is being depleted at a rate of 4GB in less than a week. Telkom KNOW their customers are being HACKED and are doing NOTHING ABOUT IT. YOUR PRODUCT, APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL SUC****!!!

You have NOT answered my questions NOR have you assisted in ANY way by your reply. The drivel that you've rep**** as a general response to any query. NOWHERE on the app does it give you a detailed breakdown of how the data is being depleted (ie which days) so how is one meant to check where the problem lies. Our devices are not the problem or this error would be occuring on both devices.

LOW AND BEHOLD - we have evidence to SHOW that the line was DEFINITELY HACKED!!! We're reporting it to SAPS and now Telkom must answer as to how this is happened on a secure customer line.
