MyTelkom App not working = No response from Telkom !!!

On 2 occasions over the past month I have logged issues as I am unable to log into the new "MyTelkom" app ... No one has even bothered to acknowledge receipt of my emails !!!! What is the point of the log a query email if the email just goes into your Junk Mail box which no one attends to anyway .... "Zero rating" for the New App and the related customer service
