MyTelkom app for Huawei
The MyTelkom app for Huawei seema to have a bug. The 10gb once LTE has been placed on the unlimited off peak bundle tab. So I was made to purchase an incorrect bundle when I was purchasing an unlimited off peak bundle due to incorrect placement of the bundles. I reached out to Telkom on X asking them to rectify this soon after I realised this is the case. I provided the phone number in question along with my ID number, still no response from them. I am concerned that they might refuse to rectify this because I may have used "a lot" of the incorrect bundle I was made to purchase due to their faulty app.

21 Oct 2024, 12:56I have gotten a response from Frank. He tells me that tge team are addressing this issue on the MyTelkom app for Huawei devices... And he also told me that the cost of this problem is mine alone to bear, and apologised for the inconvenience.
