My worst experience with Telkom

I have been using telkom for sometime now only like them for their affordabel deals however, this week they decided to close and supend my account without even notifying me,when i call them the service provider said i Owe Telkom R1900 , and asked them how they said their is an amount i paid last month on the 17th of November through mytelkom app and their is proof in my bank statement that the amount was debited ,but telkom claim that they didnt receive it ,yet the amount never bounced back to my account their no evidence of it in my bank statement ,they requested my bank statement i sent them, but they never returned back to me to resolve my account matter , at the moment my aco**** is still suspended i am data less at the end of the month they will need me to pay them full amount.

2ndly i am paying a cellphone worth R460 monthly and i am also paying a data plan worth R250 and 1 multiple sim for R9.9c, which bring my +-R750 ,however every month my involve balance is always above R1000 and this has been happening for long now..

Plz hellepeter kindly assist in resolving my matter,telkom must give me proof of what they claim i owe and they must return my money they have been debiting from me which is unaccounted for
