my telkom sim card does not receive nor make calls!

<p>My sim card can't receive nor make calls and I don't know what causes this because I paid R1130 last month but there's no change, I'm missing my business calls my family can't get hold of me, I can't even call customer care because every time I call it says "Call Ended" its a month now this has been going on yet I'm still paying, please have mercy I can't go on like this at least think about what I'm losing, have lost already, my family! :'(</p>
