My Telkom phone out of order for six months

<p>I have for six months now a fault with my phone not working I phoned with my cellphone a lot of times to report the matter which cost me a lot of money and everytime a Technician is looking into sometimes they say that a Technician was at my home and fixed the problem which never happened and on Friday 18/11/2016 someone from Telkom phoned that a Technician will be sent out on Monday until now and today I phoned again and no one knew about the telephone call from Telkom and I use my landline for business and still pay my account every month</p>
