My Telkom online used by someone else. Telkom won't help

So What Telkom does.... Reasons to stay away from Telkom mobile.

They can't set a debit order for your selected date. My pay date is the 22nd. All my other account deduct on 22nd. Telkom can't. So they agreed with me the 25th.

Now every month they try to deduct money on the 15th to 16th. When there is no money.

Causing Extra bank costs and Telkom adds fees an the amount becomes more and more.

They do not notify me anything about this. I never agreed with them to make a dent order on the 15th. I want my debit order cancelled woth immediate effect and I will pay EFT every month in the 22nd.

Also I do not know anything about these crazy out of date deductions because since I subscribed to Telkom in January I never even once got any monthly statement or anything. And I have phoned for them to mail my account, Which the promised to do, but never did.

Ine operator suggested I log in online to My Telkom and access my account and statements.

Dine that, but when I log in with my details I am into another person's account. A woman. Nothing of mine is there. There is no invoice or statement. . Try to explain this to them! .They can't understand this and don't even attempt to fix this. Seems someone else using my email and ID to make an account on My Telkom.

What is going on here.
