My telkom line never works!!!!!!

<p>my telkom landline is dead again... for no apparent reason... again. this happens every few weeks and then it is off for weeks and the person you send to my house takes about three attempts to fix it and then a week later it is dead again. Is there anyone at Telkom that can possibly fix a line or whatever it is that you do to sort this permanently. I paid R800 for a service that is not up and running and dead as a bird.</p>
