I'm still shocked with the bad service I've been given by Telkom Consulates & Telkom Direct Store in Brooklyn(PTA) after I've been with them for more that 3-4 years without missing any monthly payment. I was currently ****** at Gun-point (Armed *******), My items which some were under contract with Telkom was taken. My Insurance requested that I get Proof Of Purchases (POP) and that part it's been a nightmare for me. Telkom want me to drive to the Telkom Store where I purchased those items. Even after I explained to them that most of those items were bought in JHB and now I stay in PTA there's no way I can drive there because I currently do not have a drivers license it was taken in the event of that incident I mentioned above. They seem to care less and I mean we in 21 Century, everything is digitalized who the F**K still drive to a store to collect POP. Telkom should have emailed that apon my request. Once I'm done with claiming from Insurance I'm going to cancel all my contracts with Telkom and move to a better network providers. Telkom can stay with their S**T Old fashion of doing things.
