My ****** goods

<p>I took my tablet in for repairs with the memory card and sim in the device. When I picked it up both the sim and memory card were not in the device. I made the lady that was helping me aware of this and she assures me that there is no way of getting them back. When I asked what should happen now she said would do a sim swap but they have no SIM cards in store and that I will have to wait till she got paidso she could replace my memory card. Am I supposed to understand and accept this???</p> <p>Could I please have my memory card back, there are so many of my personal thing that are on it.</p>
