My request to cancel is under review, while I wait i've been charged for 3 months.

I put in a request to cancel my LTE service months ago, on my account, months later, the request to cancel is still pending. In the meantime, you've charged me for 3 months while waiting to accept my cancelation request. This is ridiculous that I have to pay for a service i'm not using because you have decided to delay my cancelation for no reason. I'm not even in the country anymore, and you've charged me for 3 months now of service, just based on the pending cancelation request.
