My refund from Telkom -doesn't want to refund me

I had a contract that was expiring 2020 April, Jan 2020 Telkom told me I'm owing Dec 2019 instalment, they blocked the data, I paid they continued to block yet the contract stated clear that I'll use their services then pay. They continued to charge me while blocked their services until March 2022 they said I'm owing R1500+ for services I've never used. I paid. I called them to cancel the contract in May 2022, they said they are owing me R827.77, on the 19th May they send an email to send my details for refund, promising to pay it after 7-10 days till today the 15th June nothing has happened. I called them again on the 8th June, again yesterday the 14th June 2022, but there is no one is talking sense about my money. On the 1st of June they sent me statement showing that they are owing me,.my question why statement not my money. They are ****** at Telkom and not honest at all
