My refund from Telkom

I paid R700 to Telkom for my ADSL installation which I cancelled later due to no coverage in my neighbourhood. I'm still not refunded my money. Your agents keeps logging calls and resolving them but I still don't have my R700 . I will be very grateful if someone ca n refund my money. It's now been 2 months I'm still waiting for my money. I have called Telkom several times no one can help me . I even went to you store no one could help me. I don't know if i should now report this matter to the police or what. Help urgently. My last case number was ********** 7 which was also resolved but i dont have my R700.
