my refund

hi my name is simangaliso,2019 i took two contract phones at a telkom store and i had to pay R15 234 and was told that i would get the money back as soon as my last installement is being debited on my account and that was june and its been two months,ive been trying to contact them and spoken to many people from the store and call centre but with no luck,im supper ****ed at the bad service ive received from telkom cause they dont even call me as to tell me what is happening and im just so angry cause i need my money back
