My problem because Telkom closed their branch...

I recently upgraded my ADSL line with Telkom, and was told that I will receive a new router, LIT TV Box and 1GB/pm Telkom Data Sim which is included in the package. I did receive router and the LIT Box via courier, but not the Sim Card.

I contacted the new products department to enquire about the Data Sim, of which I was informed that I should go to a Telkom store as they need to issue me with the sim card and to activate it.

I then informed the consultant that the nearest Telkom Branch is 160km from my location, because of Telkom downsizing they closed the Telkom office in my town.

I was then told that it's not their fault that I dont have a Telkom Office in my town and that I should drive the 160km.

So my question now is, who is going to deliver my Data Sim...
