MY PHONE IS STILL NOT DELIVERED

Telkom I'm so fed up with you!! I made an online order 2 weeks back and it was approved, also a debit order went off. Till today I don't have the device with me. Your consultant keeps on telling me it's at the warehouse for WHAT???? I regret getting service from you guys! My worry is that I can't even cancel as you guys will charge me penalties. Your service is really disappointing especially online. I should have stuck with my network MTN. Reference numbers don't work as well as I can't track the order!! Yeses niyadina I'm gatvol with you guys. If you don't have stock why don't you just tell your clients!!! I'm really frustrated especially since I'll be away till next year and still my device has not been delivered. Niyanyanyisa maan!!! You're reaping us!!! Go back to the drawing board coz your service is pathetic
