My phone is dead for 2 months now

it is 2 months now since my Telkom line worked. I have to phone every week to complain about it and then I hear the technician fixed it already. they LIE to me and they LIE to make there stats look good. My phone is not fixed and no one even came to my house to look at the fault. I am sick of them clearing the fault when they did nothing. I want someone to fix my line immediately and to refund my account for the 2 months since my phone is not working. YOU retrench your staff and now there is no one that can fix the faults!!!!! shame on you!!!!
