My phone cut off for no reason? Technician never showed up

My business line was cut off for no reason. My landline is down therefore all my computers offline and staff sitting with no work. The technician made me sit around till 6pm last night as Smilo promised they will be there before 6pm. No one showed up. I spend R 400 in cellphone calla yesterday just trying to get the problem solved. Not even my problem! My debit order goes off. My reference is 488 CWK041217
