My order not found, possibly not even processed.

I spoke with an agent, Nokwanda, and placed an order for a new phone on the 18 May 2022. The order went through and she said I would receive an sms close to the delivery date, unsure if she said 3-5 working days or 5 - 7 working days. Morning of 25 May 2022 (5 working days), I haven't received any such sms so I decided to call Telkom sales. I spoke to Shana who checked and she couldn't find any order. I gave her the 7 digit reference that had been sent with an OTP and she couldn't find anything with that number as well. This means this Nokwanda didn't process my order. I am utterly appalled by the service and lack of competence.
