My order

I have app**** for a hp laptop online through telkom. I am very disappointed with there customer service...each one of them tell me a different story about my order which was placed 16 February 2018. They have debited money from my account but they cannot tell me when my order will arrive. They only gave me my order number and tracking number(and when I track the number its someone elses tracking number) could you please help me
