I have problem with telkom, we have agreement to deduct the monthly installment on 25 of each en every month, but they don't, every month I have to pay money for areas, and sometime they deduct money on the 15, this month they didn't deduct anything now I got email from them that I'm on areas, what must I do I need help please.
