my non working fibre connection

<p>Telkom offered me a free Fibre Optic connection on the recently installed Vumatel network in Blairgowrie.</p> <p>I accepted and Vumatel ran the connection into my office and put a router on the wall. They said Telkom would connect to my PC and initiate. That wa about 4 weeks ago. NO TELKOM. NO RESPONSE TO MESSAGES ON THEIR WEB SITE OT FACEBOOK, THEIR LIVE CHAT CUTS ME OFF WHEN THERE IS A SLOW CONNECTION (TELKOM ADSL)</p>
