By far the worst call centers, their mangers or team leaders are never available. I have been having problems with my account, they keep putting in arrears and blocking my accound. When I ask for an explanation, it's never the same. It changes every time I call in. I would like to make specific references to ;"Nosipho mkhwa****" herbteam leader is Patrick mkize. For the worst call ever.
