My name is sabelo kunene. I went to telkom protea Glen mall on the 24th of April 2026 where I was assisted by Mpho Radebe to was supposed to be closing or cancelation of two contract accounts. The first was a sim only data contract which was already on a month to month basis and eligible for cancelation. The second one was a cellphone contract which still had some month left before it could be canceled. Upon informing me about this, she made telkom's calculations on their system and came to a conclusion that i needed to pay R 1850 to settle it and close the account of which I did on the very same day. To my disappointment on 15th of May I got reminded by telkom to pay the amount of R 1615 instead of R1016 which we had agreed on with Mpho and was mathematically correct according to the accounts I had taken. The R1615 was more by about R500 which I don't have and shouldn't have been part of my bill as these accounts according to me and the consultant who helped me (Mpo)
