My money is being taken by telkom without my knowledge or authorization

I have a debit order going through on my account from telkom that I do not know. I called their call center and I was told that I opened 2 accounts with them in October 2020 and I told them that I never received the items and I never called or get a call to open an account. I was told to send an affidavit,bank statement and my ID to open a ***** case. ***** case was opened on the 12/01/2021 and I was promised to get a call from telkom,up until today they have not communicated and when I call the call center they are sending me from pillar to post and another debit went through yesterday.
