My mom Is ****ED and I am even more so

My Mother has been having trouble with her telkom contract, she's been trying to cancel her contract for years now, It's a 2 year contract from 2014 so it should have been done by now but she is still forced to pay. Worst part is the price is way more than the original agreed apon price
