My matter resolved just like that.....

<p>I am really sick and tired of Telkom and i am left with no other option. My case with reg GAU5223/15 was closed due to unsuccesful attempts which is a LIE! when did you call just once and you resolve my issue. Your escalation department confirmed my cancellation and a double deduction you made for three months that is due for payment. Till to date you all call without feedback.i have to fill you in all the time and remind you what the complaint is about. there is no contact person i deal with and you contact centre is ridiculous. The Cindy who claims to be the only Cindy in the escalation department still has not call me or given me a number to directly call. I need this matter to be resolved once and for all. I WANT MY MONEY BACK or i will claim in the Court of law.</p>
