my LTE package contents

I ordered a LTE uncapped package. It was delivered today. Upon opening the box, i noticed i received a white router instead of the black one as advertised. I tried contacting the telkom store in centurion for assistance but that line is always busy or is never answered. I want a black router as advertised,
