My line will never move

<p>I have been doing my best to get my telkom line to move when I did first I called spent over R200 on the phone with hem to tell me I have to go in and do it, to find that it was not necessary. It's been a month and a half of content problem I keep calling it was promised to be done on Friday 20th August 2016 and guess what it's not done, this is truly the worst experience of customer service I have ever seen I will never recommend or consider Telkom as a reputable services industry.</p>
