MY LINE IS STILL BROKEN
After spending another 4 hours on the phone my line is still broken! I was promised by your call centre that someone will fix it yesterday! I am typing this message while waiting for someone to answer the phones at your call centre. How can all your consultants be busy for 2 hours! I hate you telkom! You guys don't care! Fix my telephone line! My reference number is: 1256CRK190115
