My line got cancelled because my neighbour called to cancel hers

<p>Unprofessional Telkom stafd cancelled my phone line because my neighbour who has the same address called to cancel hers. The *********** staff don't confirm by phone number, they just cancel the wrong one.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not pay any joining fee because of the lazy *********** staff. Fix this *******.</p>
