My line closed, not reachable for a week.

Hello Peter. I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed with this network, my line have been suspended for a full week now but they've took payment, I've been calling them since last week Thursday (28/11/2019) to date. They've been promising to open my line since, yesterday the consultant said they will open it within 5 hours, because she escalated the matter. Please assist with this matter. I'm really tired phoning them. Anele Ndlovu , cellphone number +*** and other two numbers ( contracts) under my name.
