My life is on hold because of Telkom.

I’ve been with Telkom from 2018 and honestly I have never had a problem with them until now.I’m extremely disappointed. My lines for all my numbers have been closed because they say iv exceeded my limit, limit firstly I have never been told about and worse part how the heck do I exceed limits when you have approved and gave me contracts? If there was a limit how do I then exceed that limit because it should not be able to exceed that limit given. I use my phone to work and whole of today I couldn’t work because I can’t receive otp on my number can’t make and receive calls. It’s only the 4th of the month iv got data and minutes loaded on SIM cards that I can’t use which I will have to pay for on the debit date. This is just ridiculous and I don’t know how many times iv had to call and try to get this resolved. If this is not sorted I will lose another day of work.
