my life has been a total nightmare for 4 months

I've had a total nightmare with telkom mobile I placed an order over the phone for a new cellphone it was approved and money was deducted from my account,there was a late delivery even after I had cancelled the order cause I got tired of waiting,money hasn't been refunded,agents are not adding notes when I call,no feedback for the past 4 months I stopped paying cause they owe me and services have been suspended,4 case opened and closed without being called ***/***2Ref:***
