My last installment was June and in July the other was deducted

My last installment was June and in July the other was deducted. I called the call centre 25 July and explain I have to go to walking center to change the SIM card to prepaid Wich I did. Now I check my email an invoice say I owe them 400.70 in week my account is in errors by that amount.
