My iphone 5 was faulty, replaced with faulty unit

I got my iphone from telkom in april. I startet getting problems with the phone. It did not want to charge, neither switch on! So I took it to telkom in menlyn mall! The service was good there, they took my phone in for repairs! I was notified that I can pick the phone up. Excited I went there today, they told me that I am getting a new phone. Even more happy I awaited while they assisted me in switching it on. It was faulty aswell, my old phone had a screen protector on, they sent me a \new"one with the new phone but it was totally broken/cracked! <br> I am not complaining about the service"
