My Internet has been slow for over a wee****

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I have been having major issues with my telkom internet. The speeds have been compromised massively over the last few days. I tried contacting the call centre and the online help agents but no one helps and i stay on the call for a few minutes then it cuts off!!!! i want my internet speed back to normal as i am paying for the service but not getting my value.</p> <p> </p> <p>This has been happening too often as i face this problem on a monthly basis now. I have enough data in left in my cap so that isnt the reason.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist me asap</p>
