My information used **********ly

Telkom i have reported that my account billing was incorrect, only to find that my information was used (by someone who lives in Isipingo and i live in Soweto ) **********ly to get a contract under my name. I have been advised to complete a sworn affidavit and i have done so on the 06/10/2018 and submitted the affidavit to Telkom in Jabulani mall. ever since i have not heard anything from Telkom but my bank account keeps being debited. Kindly contact me with a resolution or at least keep me updated. I want that unknown account removed from my profile ASAP. call me
