My husband recently lost his phone after forgetting that he had left a car window open near a shop. He immediately went to the police to report the matter, but the police requested the ICC number from the service provider (Telkom) before they could issue a case number. We have been calling Telkom several times since the incident, and they promised to send the required ICC number to my alternative contact number. Unfortunately, it’s now been more than five days, and we still haven’t received anything. To make matters worse, our insurance company requires us to report the matter within five days, and because Telkom hasn’t sent the ICC number, we can’t get the police case number or finalize the insurance claim. Please, Telkom, assist us urgently. We just need the ICC number so we can complete the police report and submit our insurance claim before it’s too late.
