My hel with Telkom

Bought Telkom Fibre. In the brochure it says to phone Telkom for support at 012- ********** . Did so on Friday and Saturday: No response. Phoned 10210 on Monday for support, told to phone 10213 only to be told after 32 minutes waiting, to phone 10210. This morning, Tuesday 14 August 2018, after almost an hour at the Telkom Shop at Clearwater Mall with its unfriendly staff, I left empty handed once again.
