My hard earned money!!!

My telkom line has not been working since October 2021. A technician came out in December 2021 and it worked for about 2 hours then stopped again . I was charged in full for October, November and December . When i called in , i was told to pay the account and they will sort out one problem at a time . I have been calling Telkom and logging disputes regarding the line not working and still getting billed every month. I have recently found out , from one of the calls made to them that the line is suspended and had a call from a debt collector for the account. I am so livid at the moment and am going to cancel this line that im being charged for and it not working.
