My friend's phone needs to get fixed asap!

My friend who lives in Hillbrow has been without her phone for two months! It's ridiculous that it isn't getting fixed. She is sick, and she's a pensioner, so she needs to have her phone working otherwise she can't get hold of anyone. I am hoping that by placing this on here, something can be done for her.
