My free booster whats app

I will like to lodge a complain regarding data from telkom on monthly basis I buy data 1GB or 2GB then I select free my booster,in their promotion it says free whats app for the whole month when I first did free booster my whats app will work for a month but for the past three months my within 15 days my whats app is paused due to data,i called customer care last month for quire the guy who helped me said if it paused again I should call what the urgent explained to me it does nit make sense I have a friend we using same data and her whatsapp works the whole month.it clearly states when you dial *180#that 30 days free whats app on their promo.
