My flagged but they also did not keep their agreement

I had a router deal with telkom before 2days before a pay date I was hijacked as I was in e haiking busines I could not pay on time. They stopped providing data as soin as due date pass when I recovered I phone their call centre truth is those people they dont what they doing there. They continued to generate bills but not providing data I called call centre again they am paying for a router I said but the deal is a router with a data. Now when am checking my score is so low as they have flagfed my name. I understand I ddu not pay them but they also did not provide data for me they only did it 1 month only and am trying to call their collection department I cant reach them as am willing to pay and up my score and move though I know they are using their superiority on me as an ordinayry south african. This is a very bad company
